I am a UK size 6 or 8 in the bottom half, but my thighs are increasingly dimpled and reeling from the day. No need to lose any weight, but I have to tone your thighs and get rid of cellulite, I know also exercising help get rid of this, but what is best for toning the thighs. Is it purely running. I have been doing Pump It Up DVD by about two weeks now, but also I have very good a treadmill at home but never use. Could you run the job better? I am pregnant, but about to giving birth and I want to be in shape after childbirth. It's too cold here in winter outdoor exercise (in the summer I go for long walks, biking and hiking), but in winter I think I like to use a treadmill and then do my yoga dvd when you can too.
