Cellulite sucks! HELP!?

I’m 18, 100 pounds and have mild/moderate cellulite on my upper thighs. I feel self-concious in a bikini because of this. I’ve been told there’s nothing I can do about it and that I just have to learn how to live with it. It’s sort of hard when there’s magazines in the summer talking about celebrities unslightly cellulite.
