Cellulite Bum Exercises
What helps with reducing cellulite or making it appear better?
I am 24 I am average build and weight but have quite bad cellulite on my bum and thighs
I don’t do much exercise apart from walking but I would not say that I do 30mins walking a day, apart from at weekends where I normally do quite a bit.
I have heard that body brushing helps if you brush your body before you have a shower and then add some skin cream?
If I drank 8 glasses of water a day and did more exercise is it possible it could almost vanish most of it?
Is there any thing that really helps like eating a certain food or doing a certain exercise?
Or even a skin cream that really does help the appereance?

I use the method of putting coffee grounds into lotion, I use a hammer and plastic bag to kinda crush the coffee grounds into a finer powder. it works to temporarily tighten the skin, I can see a difference. I use a cocoa butter lotion so that the coffee smell will kinda blend in. I only use it in the morning after I shower, and I leave it on through out the day, and your body heat activates the caffeine. caffeine pulls water from your body and helps to shrink fat cells.
