What exercises are the best to get rid of cellulite?
Is there a video that is good for getting rid of cellulite? I want to tone my whole body, but I am having a really hard time with cellulite and saddlebags. Help.
well you cnt really get rid of cellulite…its bad toxins that’s stored under your skin…so you have to drink tons of water and try and exfoliation brush that you can use to ’scrub’ your skin with.. but a soft haired brush that basically stimulates your skin and allows blood flow through those fatty areas…it gives a considerably smoother appearance to skin.
You have to hit the gym for those saddlebags tho….steps are good and squats.. to lift that are.
Good luck..those are tough areas to get rid of.. but uv lost em you wont ever wanna go back!
