How can I reduce Cellulite?
I know exercise is the best thing to do but I run everyday. I run cross-country and track and run at least 7 miles a day. Also, I lift and do exercises for my legs and still have cellulite. Its not horrible but it is noticeable.
“Cellulite” is just a bad word the beauty industry invented. the word has NO medical relevance whatsoever. This word they have given to the way woman’s bodies store fat, to make you WORRY About it. so you feel inadequate and you buy their beauty products and etc.
but the good news is, it’s fat. so keep fit, and you should reduce the amount of fat you have. it wont dissappear completely, (because that is the way fat cells hang out in certain parts of certain women) however it will be un- noticeable and your muscles will look great!
keep it up, If you like, start making your workouts even more intense, and be as healthy in your lifestyle as you can.
