cellulite ridden thighs?
how do you get rid of cellulite on the back of your thighs? i have a friend who has large amounts of cellulite covering her legs from her anklebone to ther hips. she’s tried everything to get rid of it, but nothing is working. it’s depressing her, and the amount of money she’s spending is getting out of control. i told her, that it’s usually permanent and the result of eating greasy fatty foods like hog head cheese, etc., but she doesn’t seem to think that. for her to be so self conscious, she still wants to wear bathing suits and short shorts. i told her it’s not fair to the rest of the world for her to subject herself to humiliation and ridicule because the sight of it is a big turnoff, but since she can’t see the back of her legs and thighs it’s a don’t see, don’t speak type deal, but i know her dimples are killing her self esteem, not to mention the sight of some awfully unlucky viewers who are repulsed at the lack of discretion to her wardrobe. help!
Some firming creams help some, but the best bet is a lot of muscle toning excersize and a healthier diet.
